Call for Activity
The East Midlands Urban Development Fund (EMUDF) is pleased to announce a Call for Activity with a closing date of the 2nd December 2011.
EMUDF has £15 million to invest as either debt or equity in suitable qualifying projects which will fulfil the Priority Axis 1 objectives. Rather than a traditional grant funding approach, the objective is for EMUDF’s capital investment to be returned, along with a suitable return.
Interested parties with potentially qualifying investment projects should complete an Expression of Interest (EOI) Form for each project proposal. If you have more than one project idea you should complete a separate form for each idea.
The EOI Form is available to download here.
Prior to completing the EOI, you should ensure you have read the following documents, which are available to download by following the links below:
• East Midlands Urban Development Fund (EMUDF) Brochure
• East Midlands 2007-13 ERDF Competitiveness Operational Programme
• Further ERDF documents can be found at the DCLG website
For further information about Priority Axis 1 please refer to section 4.2 of the Operational Programme which can be accessed via the above link.
The Closing Date for EOIs is noon on 2 December 2011.

Following a review of submitted projects, Jones Lang LaSalle Finance LLP (on behalf of EMUDF) will respond to interested parties during the course of January 2012 with a view to progressing projects that meet EMUDF’s investment criteria.
